Transparency

The Republic of Belarus has developed a system of precise control over the economic activities of the forex company, as well as the entire volume of customers' financial transactions. On a weekly basis, the National Forex Center collects, systemizes and submits to the National Bank of Belarus a report on all transactions performed by forex companies and banks on the over-the-counter Forex market. These measures confirm the quality of state control and ensure the safety of trading in the financial markets, create an environment of transparency, a favorable investment climate, which is extremely important and necessary for our investors.

Guarantee fund

To guarantee the unconditional fulfillment by the market participants of the obligations to return funds from customers, to ensure stability, investment attractiveness and reduce systemic risks in the over-the-counter Forex market in Belarus, the Guarantee Fund is created by the National Forex Center, which is formed by contributions of forex companies, banks, non-bank financial institutions.

Fulfilling the requirements of the Belarusian legislation, BFB Capital accumulates 55% of client funds on separate special bank accounts, which are completely separate from the company's own funds.
