CONSOB下令封鎖18家未經授權投資網站

意大利國家公司和證券交易所委員會（CONSOB）近日再度出擊，依法對18個未獲授權的投資類網站實施訪問封鎖。

本次行動中，該委員會重點查處了五家非法開展金融工具投資服務的網站，以及兩家違規推廣未授權交易平臺的網站。其中一家被查封網站甚至盜用意大利知名人士——參議員Carlo Calenda與企業家Piero Ferrari的姓名及肖像進行宣傳，情節尤為惡劣。

最新命令針對的網站包括：

“Urus Developments”（網站 https://urusdev.limited 和相關頁面 https://auth.ltdurus.com）；

“InvestiProItalia”（網站 https://investiproitalia.com 和相關頁面 https://clients.investiproitalia.com）；

“Arche-FX Group”（網站 https://arche-fxgroup.com 和相關頁面 https://client.arche-fxgroup.com）；

“Targon.ltd” – “Puntoborsaai.com”（網站 https://targon.ltd 和相關頁面 https://user.newclientpanel.com、https://wt.newclientpanel.com 以及相關廣告網站 www.puntoborsaai.com）；

“Apollocse” – “Puntoborsaai.it”（網站 www.apollocse.com 及相關頁面 https://client.apollocse.com、https://client.apollosce.co、https://trading.investmentsoverview.com 以及相關廣告網站 https://puntoborsaai.it）。

此外，另有11個提供非法加密資產服務的網站也被列入本次封鎖清單：

“BNG373”（網站 https://bng373.it）

“ERE316”（網站 https://ere316.it）。

自2019年7月獲得相關授權以來，CONSOB累計查封的違規網站已達1555個。監管機構表示，由于技術流程原因，部分網站的實際封鎖操作可能需要數日完成。
