AI假臉、克隆網站防不勝防！CONSOB再封24個非法金融網站

意大利國家公司與證券交易委員會（CONSOB）近日宣布，已下令封禁24家未經授權網站，其中10家涉嫌非法提供金融投資服務，另14家涉及加密資產業務。

此次CONSOB最新命令所針對的網站包括：

“Strath Well” (website https://strath-well.com);

“Auclimited” (website https://auclimited.cc);

“SRINVA” (website https://srinvaltd.com);

“BalanzFX” (website https://balanzfx.com);

“Advantcrest” (website www.advantcrest.com);

“Nova Trade” (website https://nova-trade.com);

“Cervo Rendisco” (websites https://cervorendisco.com, https://cervo-rendisco.com, https://cervo-rendisco.net, https://cervo-rendisco.site, https://cervorendisco-ai.com, https://cervorendiscoia.com, https://cervo-rendiscoia.com, https://cervorendisco-it.click);

至此，自2019年7月CONSOB獲得網站封禁權限以來，被屏蔽的非法金融中介網站總數已達1793個，涉及加密資產活動的有233個。

本次行動依據意大利《增長法令》及歐盟MiCAR框架（第129/2024號立法法令）賦予的權力，旨在切斷無牌機構向境內投資者提供服務的渠道。目前，意大利各互聯網服務提供商正陸續落實屏蔽措施，受技術操作影響，完全封鎖可能需要數日時間。

CONSOB特別提醒，網絡詐騙手段持續升級，不法分子已大量利用電子郵件、克隆官網、偽造名人社交賬號，甚至借助人工智能生成合成圖像、語音和視頻內容，誘導投資者做出錯誤決策。監管機構呼吁公眾務必核查平臺資質，切勿輕信高回報承諾，以免財產受損。
